Education is a key part of what we do.

Whether that's through talking to visitors about horses at our centres, giving demos and talks on horse care to students and other groups around the country, reaching young supporters with our Young and Mini Reds magazines or even just introducing someone to a horse or donkey for the first time, it's such a thrill not only to be able to share our expertise but to learn from those around us as well as our resident equines, who have so much to teach us too.

In the Redwings Academy as in the wider world of horses, education never ends!

We can offer tailored tours and talks or depending on your specific needs we can provide more self-guided activities at our visitor centres.

However we appreciate not everyone is able to visit us in person. If this is the case don't worry you could enjoy a virtual visit of Redwings instead.

Young Reds Magazine

Saddle up for horsey fun with games, puzzles and activities!

If you’re 15 or younger you can join our Mini Reds (3-7) or Young Reds (8-15) club!

Mini Reds

Mini Reds World is a safe space for anyone under the age of 8 – this site has no external links and is packed full of great activities and games – make sure to turn your sound on for the full experience!
