Group visits

We love group visits! Whether it’s your school, scout group, dog walking gang or evening knitting club we’d love to welcome you to Redwings.

We can offer bespoke tours and talks or more self-guided activities at our visitor centres, depending on your needs. Get in touch to see what we can do together!

Not able to visit us in person? Why not enjoy a virtual visit to Redwings instead?

We offer a talk about Redwings and our work or a talk about how we look after our horses based on their Five Needs, which always proves popular! This can be carried out via MS Teams or Zoom as you prefer (or contact us to discuss other options!) and can include a virtual 'Meet the Resident' video as an optional extra.

I just wanted to pass on our thanks to the Redwings team at Fritton for hosting our visit. We are a sight loss charity and our clients really enjoyed being able to get up close to all the donkeys and horses. We also very much enjoyed being given a tour by Jess and Lucy who were brilliant and able to answer all our questions!

We really do hope to bring another group to the centre in the coming months. Thanks again for all your help!

Group visit to Caldecott in June 2023

We had a super time at the sanctuary on Monday - the weather was kind - not too hot and the staff were fab. The students enjoyed their day out very much. The cafe was just right for our needs and we were made to feel very welcome.

Just to feedback we had an amazing day at Redwings Oxhill. Tracy and her team were so welcoming, knowledgeable and patient.  We learned so much and were so privileged to ‘go behind the scenes’.

We will continue to be keen supporters of Redwings and really can’t thank you enough - a really special day was had by all and so educational.

We don’t charge for our group visits as we want to spread the Redwings message far and wide! You may, however, wish to make a donation or fall in love with one of our residents and choose to sponsor them as a group. This is a great way to support our work and to keep in touch with Redwings.
