The beautifully renovated Sanctuary Rooms are set within the lovely surroundings of Caldecott Hall, and offer accommodation for up to six people in three ensuite bedrooms, as well as a living area and kitchenette.
The spacious living/dining area includes a flat screen TV, comfortable sofas and large glass dining table - perfect for spending time with the family. Whilst the fully equipped kitchen has all you need for self-catering, if you don't fancy cooking, Oliver's Cafe downstairs is open 10.30am-4pm Friday to Monday.

All the bedrooms are of a good size, two of which have king size beds. Each ensuite bathroom includes a bath and a shower with the master bedroom offering a jacuzzi-style bath with underwater jets.

A wonderful location and great space for people with older children (like us) or larger groups. Three great sized bedrooms with en-suites. We had a coffee in Oliver's downstairs after a walk around the Sanctuary. Very quiet location, plenty of parking. Nice short trip to Great YArmouth and surrounding areas. Very warm and cosy. I would recommend this property to others.

Beyond the Caldecott estate

For the avid golfer, Caldecott golf course offers two 18-hole golf courses, which are conveniently just minutes from your doorstep! Alternatively, for a more idyllic experience, The Barn Works spa offers fitness activities and relaxation treatments with facilities including a pool, spa, steam room and gym.

Beyond the Caldecott estate, there is a terrific pub and restaurant called The Fritton Arms with fantastic views of the lake. Popular beaches such as Great Yarmouth and Gorleston are also just a 15-minute drive away for a brilliant family day out at the seaside! The perfect balance for those seeking a combination of countryside and coast.

A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking with the remaining balance payable 4 weeks before your arrival.
