Mare and foal rescue

On Monday 12^th October, Redwings Horse Sanctuary received a call to assist the Norfolk police in the rescue of a mare and foal found on farmland near Harleston.

The pair had been discovered that morning with no owner in sight, and the mare in particular was in a very bad way.

Both mother and baby are currently receiving care and treatment at one of our Norfolk sanctuaries while their case is investigated.
