"Cookie's Spook-tacular” activities are coming to you this half-term!

While our visitor centres aren’t able to host our normal half-term activities, we couldn't let our young supporters miss out – so this year we’re bringing them to you!

With Halloween just around the corner, we'd love to to join with Cookie's Spook-tacular activities where the children can learn all about Creepy Critters (PDF 160 KB), such as midges, lice and mites or Worms that Will Make you Squirm (PDF 564 KB)! While these may seem icky – they’re all an important part of caring for horses and donkeys.

To help get in the seasonal spirit, why not design your own Redwings Pumpkin (PDF 31 KB)?! Remember to take a photo of your creation and email it to young@redwings.co.uk – we’d love to see it!

There’s also a horsey colouring sheet to print off and get stuck into, as well as three spooky criss cross puzzles to try your hand at.
