Tom qualified as a solicitor before specialising in employment law. His experience has included both contentious and non-contentious work and he is well versed in providing strategic advice. Tom was appointed following an advertisement seeking a lawyer to strengthen the Board. Tom joined the Board of Trustees in February 2020.

Tom is the father of twin boys and enjoys the countryside and outdoor life/exercise including cycling. He is a fan of our welfare and care work and reputation for making a difference.

Tom's favourite Redwings resident(s): It has to be the dynamic duo that are Wiggins and Wacko at Aylsham; although he’s never met Wiggins’ namesake on his cycling trips, he can certainly relate to the antics of these cheeky active boys.
