Petplan Charitable Trust awards grants to Redwings!

We’d like to say a big thank you to the Petplan Charitable Trust who have awarded Redwings two sizeable grants to help progress two invaluable projects.

Last year, the Trust granted us £10,000 to install new veterinary grade flooring in the treatment room, diagnostics room and intensive care stables at our Horse Hospital in Norfolk.

This will help provide a safe and hygienic surface for our sick or injured residents as they recover from their veterinary care.

Due to the pandemic, this project was sadly delayed but we look forward to installing the new flooring next year.

Then, recently, the Trust awarded us £7,500 to construct new fencing and field shelters at Redwings SWHP in Monmouthshire, on the Welsh border.

This generous gift means we can build new paddocks, so we can rest and regenerate existing paddocks, and continue to provide a safe and happy place of sanctuary to the rescued horses who live there.
