Young supporter, Alycia is a true #RedwingsAngel

Every summer, young supporter Alycia dedicates her time to raising money for Redwings and this year she did something extra special!

Ten-year-old Alycia arranged a Dream Equine Donation Drive where companies, friends and family could either make a donation through her JustGiving page or donate an item directly to Redwings for us to use in our Sanctuary or to auction.

So far Alycia has raised £232 through her JustGiving page and an incredible 53 companies donated items, which included riding clothes, horse gear, tack, brushes, Olympia Horse Show tickets, vets supplies, and much more.

To thank the companies for their generosity, Alycia made a rosette for each and pinned them all on a board, which was displayed at our Aylsham Visitor Centre in Norfolk. From the items sold so far we have raised a fantastic £460.30, bringing Alycia’s total fundraising to nearly £700!

We would like to say a huge thank you to Alycia for all her hard work, we couldn’t do our work without #RedwingsAngels like you! All the money raised will go towards the care of our rescued horses, ponies, donkeys and mules and will make a real difference to their lives!
