Towards the end of 2022 we launched a brand-new web shop which offers a much more user-friendly shopping experience and quicker dispatch times. This new shop sits in a different system from our main Redwings website, so if you already have an account with our main website, you will need to set up a separate account to use the online shop. If you’d like further support, simply call us on 01508 505246.

Our new web shop allows us to dispatch items within the next working day – if you place an order by 11.30am we can even send your gifts that same day! You are still welcome to purchase items over the phone, but due to the additional admin required in processing these orders, it may take up to a week to dispatch your gifts.

When purchasing through our web shop, you can use Shop Pay. Shop Pay is similar to PayPal; it can safely and securely save your payment details making buying gifts simpler and quicker! Your items can be on their way to you in one click!

We release new Christmas cards every year. They are a wonderful way to support Redwings and spread some festive cheer! Our cards for the coming Christmas, as well as calendars and diaries, are available to buy from each May. However, you can purchase Christmas cards all year-round! Any leftover cards from the previous years go into sales, so you can still stock up on your cards, support our horses and enjoy a bargain at the same time!
